|Description of the activity to be covered|
|The Infrastructure (IN) section of the Control group (CO) in the Beam Department (BE) at CERN is in charge, among other things, of the specification, procurement, administration and support of the CERN Accelerator computing infrastructure. In particular, it provides support for the procurement, licensing, installation and configuration of the CO Enterprise integrated development tools. Relying specifically on ATLASSIAN toolchain, CO-IN aims at unifying its developments, automating and monitoring all steps of the software construction (integration, testing and deployment) as well as documentation creation and sharing and for issues tracking. To fulfil its mission, the IN section develops a strong partnership with the CERN IT department which brings it the base information technologies, especially data storage, networks, and controls security. This job shall cover essentially the support and maintenance of our ATLASSIAN toolchain (JIRA, Confluence, etc.), licensing, installation, configuration and seamless integration with the IT centralized services (Identity management, E-mail, GIT, Database, etc.). This activity covers also developments (Web portal, plugins, scripts, etc.) to customize our tools and workflows and finally, the user support: creation of new spaces in WIKI and JIRA, access permission, bug fixes and maintenance of dedicated interfaces with the IT Help Desk Ticketing solution (SNOW).|
