ON CREATION OF AN INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL EXPERT COMMISSION
May 20, 2009 # 416-A

In accordance with the sub-paragraph 2 of the paragraph 121 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia # 174-N from July 18, 2007 and for the purpose of evaluating and recommending the further actions for administrative capacity reforms and increasing the efficiency of scientific researches at “Yerevan Physics Institute after A.I.Alikhanyan” state non-commercial organization, hereby is decided:

1. To create an independent international expert commission (according to the Annex).

2. On the basis of expert commission’s findings the Minister of Economy submits a report on the development activities of the “Yerevan Physics Institute after A.I.Alikhanyan” state non-commercial organization to the Government of Armenia.
