At the present the cryogenic station of the laboratory is including the nitrogen-oxygenic workshop, helium production workshop, auxiliary and other premises.
Basic products are the cooling agents: the liquid and gaseous nitrogen, oxygen and helium. The air is used as a raw material for nitrogen and oxygen manufacturing. Helium is condensed from gaseous form in close loop mode.
Except cooling agents manufacturing, the cryogenic station is also engaged in servicing of various kind.
Production:
- Oxygen, both in gaseous and liquid forms either for medical and technical needs with required cleansing degree;
- Nitrogen, both in gaseous and liquid forms, also with pre-assigned cleansing degree;
- Compressed Air;
- Helium, gaseous and liquid forms (high quality).
Services:
- Fixing, testing and labeling the containers for compressed gases (like oxygen, nitrogen, carbonic acid gas);
- Fixing and service maintaining of cryogenic equipment (gasificators, tanks, compressors);
- On-key installation of cryogenic equipment (oxygen manufacturing stations, gas refrigerators like ZIF, Philips and others).
